Information About Medicare and Tricare

Complete Care and other state-licensed freestanding emergency centers are currently unable to qualify for Medicare and Tricare recognition or reimbursement from government payers. We are actively working to get this changed in Congress with the Emergency Care Improvement Act (HR 3134). You can help by reaching out to your legislator in the US House of Representatives. Please ask them to support this bipartisan bill so more people have access to timely emergency care.

Complete Care Brooks City Base is a designated safe baby location

Under the Baby Moses Law, parents are allowed to surrender their babies younger than 60 days at a hospital, fire station, free-standing emergency center, or EMS station. If you have a newborn that you’re unable to care for, you can bring your baby to a designated safe place with no questions asked; Complete Care’s Brooks City Base emergency room is one of these designated safe places.
