Complete Care and other state-licensed freestanding emergency centers are currently unable to qualify for Medicare and Tricare recognition or reimbursement from government payers. We are actively working to get this changed in Congress with the Emergency Care Improvement Act (HR 3134). You can help by reaching out to your legislator in the US House of Representatives. Please ask them to support this bipartisan bill so more people have access to timely emergency care.

Malcolm Solley, M.D. Dr. Malcolm Solley is the medical director for Complete Care Fossil Creek. Dr. Solley and his medical team strive to provide timely, affordable, and high-quality medical care to the area residents. While most hospital-based emergency rooms have long wait times, Dr. Solley and his colleagues at our San Antonio, TX emergency room deliver the same emergency room services at a fraction of the wait time.

The team at Complete Care’s Stone Oak emergency room location is special and unique due to the great personalities among the staff and the family-oriented attitude constantly on display. Our medical staff is a small group that lends itself to being a tightly knit group that works well together. Everyone is personable and enjoys taking the time to listen to our patients’ problems, teach them how to manage their health issues, and answer medical questions. There is a wealth of experience within the staff that allows us to quickly identify our patient’s medical problems and arrive at a diagnosis and treatment. Our continued goal is to practice the best medicine we can for each patient that comes through the door.

Fossil Creek Complete Care is a designated safe baby location

Under the Baby Moses Law, parents are allowed to surrender their babies younger than 60 days at a hospital, fire station, free-standing emergency center, or EMS station. If you have a newborn that you’re unable to care for, you can bring your baby to a designated safe place with no questions asked; Complete Care’s Stone Oak an emergency clinic is one of these designated safe places.
