Complete Care Brooks City Base welcomed representatives from San Antonio Recovery Center and Promises Behavioral Health for two facility tours on August 18, 2026. The visits provided an opportunity to introduce Complete Care’s emergency care services as a community resource available to the patients and staff members of both behavioral health organizations.
During the first tour, Grace Manginell of San Antonio Recovery Center met with Nurse Manager Josefina Obregon, Regional Marketing Liaison Laurie Lerma, and other members of the Complete Care Brooks City Base team.
The second tour welcomed Taylor Waldner and Charlie of Promises Behavioral Health. Oscar Coria, Josefina Obregon, Laurie Lerma, and members of the Brooks City Base team guided the visitors through the facility and discussed the emergency care capabilities available onsite.
The tours allowed visiting representatives to see the facility, meet the Complete Care team, and learn more about the emergency healthcare services available to adults and children throughout San Antonio. The conversations also highlighted Complete Care Brooks City Base as a local emergency care option for employees of San Antonio Recovery Center and Promises Behavioral Health if an illness or injury occurs.
Complete Care Brooks City Base is a freestanding emergency room providing 24-hour emergency care with access to emergency physicians, onsite diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, and evaluation for a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
“Facility tours give other healthcare professionals an opportunity to see our capabilities and meet the people providing care within our community. We want their teams to know that our emergency services are available to support both their patients and their staff members when care is needed.”

The visits also supported Complete Care’s continuing effort to build stronger relationships with behavioral health providers and other healthcare organizations throughout San Antonio.

San Antonio Recovery Center provides addiction treatment and recovery services in San Antonio. Promises Behavioral Health provides treatment services for individuals experiencing substance use and mental health conditions. Although each organization serves a different role within the healthcare community, the tours created an opportunity to strengthen communication and increase awareness of available services.
