Complete Care participated in Meet the Bobcats 2026 on Friday, August 7, at Northwest ISD Stadium in Justin, Texas. The annual Byron Nelson High School community event brought Bobcat families together to celebrate the beginning of the new school year, recognize student organizations and fall athletic programs, and strengthen connections with local community partners.
With high summer temperatures affecting the outdoor event, Complete Care operated a hydration station where students, families, volunteers, and other attendees could receive complimentary bottled water. The Complete Care team also distributed hand sanitizer and reusable cooling pads to help attendees stay comfortable throughout the evening.

Complete Care representatives welcomed attendees throughout the evening and shared information about accessing emergency care when an unexpected illness or injury occurs. The outreach also helped families learn more about Complete Care Southlake, a freestanding emergency room serving Southlake and surrounding North Texas communities with 24-hour emergency care.
Meet the Bobcats 2026 was organized with support from the Byron Nelson Cheer Booster Club. The event featured community vendors, student organizations, school spirit activities, and an evening pep rally celebrating Byron Nelson High School students and athletic programs.
Jamey Stegall joined Complete Care at the event and helped distribute water, hand sanitizer, and cooling pads while speaking with families about the emergency healthcare services available nearby.
“It was great to see so many families come together to support Byron Nelson High School and its students,” said Stegall. “The hydration station helped us start important conversations with attendees while providing something useful in the heat. It also gave us an opportunity to help families understand where they can turn when they need emergency care.”

The freestanding emergency room is available 24 hours a day and is equipped to evaluate and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries. Onsite diagnostic capabilities help the medical team provide timely evaluations and treatment when patients need immediate care.
