Strengthening Community Connections Through Special Needs Advocacy

In February 2026, Complete Care Colorado Springs, a provider of 24-hour emergency care, freestanding emergency room services, and community healthcare support in Colorado Springs, proudly participated in and sponsored Night to Shine, a global event dedicated to celebrating individuals with special needs through an unforgettable evening of inclusion, dignity, and joy.
Hosted locally by Ascent Church and Colorado Kids Ranch, Night to Shine is part of the Tim Tebow Foundation’s worldwide initiative that provides a prom experience for individuals with special needs. The event brings together families, volunteers, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses to create an evening focused on acceptance, empowerment, and meaningful community engagement.
As a community sponsor and local healthcare partner, Complete Care Colorado Springs provided event support and donated giveaway items for attendees throughout the evening. Michele Yoder, Regional Marketing Liaison for Complete Care Colorado Springs, also volunteered as a Buddy, spending the evening alongside one of the honored guests and helping ensure he experienced every activity and celebration the event had to offer.
The Colorado Springs Night to Shine event featured limousine rides, a red carpet entrance, professional hair and makeup services, dinner, dancing, karaoke, games, prizes, and a special video message from Tim Tebow and his wife. The event provided a memorable experience for individuals with special needs while highlighting the power of community support, volunteerism, and local partnerships.
