Complete Care Invests in New CT Technology Across All 14 Locations

Southlake, TX (October 2026)

Complete Care is upgrading CT imaging at all 14 of its emergency care locations in Texas and Colorado, replacing its existing 16 slice scanners with GE Revolution EVO 128-slice CT systems.

CT imaging is a critical diagnostic tool in emergency medicine, helping physicians quickly evaluate injuries and symptoms and determine next steps in care. The new scanners will deliver faster scanning, improved image quality and significantly less equipment downtime, so imaging is available when patients need it most.

“Moving from 16-slice to 128-slice technology is a significant upgrade,” said Logan Ward, Director of Radiology. “Better image quality and reliability are the biggest benefits, and having the same equipment at every location gives us greater consistency across the organization.”

Complete Care spent about six months evaluating options before selecting the GE Revolution EVO. Rather than upgrading select facilities, the company is standardizing with the same type of CT scanner enterprise-wide.

The rollout will occur in phases over nine to 12 months, with completion targeted for August 2027. Each installation includes removing the current equipment, completing electrical upgrades, installing and calibrating the new scanner, training staff and completing the required physics inspections.

“This is an investment in both our facilities and the communities we serve,” said Rob Morris, CEO of Complete Care. “Giving our clinical teams reliable, advanced technology strengthens the care we provide our patients.”

New scanners will be installed at Complete Care locations in Austin, Lakeway, Corpus Christi, San Antonio, La Vernia, Lubbock, Colorado Springs, Southlake, Fort Worth and Tyler.
