Complete Care supported local runners during the weekly Corpus Christi Run Club After Dark 5K on Wednesday, August 12, at The BUS, located at 702 North Chaparral Street in downtown Corpus Christi.
Corpus Christi Run Club After Dark is an ongoing social running community that brings local residents together for a weekly 5K run. The event welcomes runners and walkers of varying experience levels while encouraging physical activity, community connection, and an active lifestyle.
Approximately 150-plus runners participated in the August 12 event. Before the run, Ann Marie Bellows, Regional Marketing Liaison for Corpus Christi at TLC Complete Care, connected with participants and distributed Complete Care informational cards and bifold brochures.
As runners returned from the 5K route on the hot summer evening, Complete Care distributed approximately 200-plus ice-cold cooling towels. Participants expressed their appreciation for the towels after completing the run in the heat.

Complete Care’s participation was part of an ongoing community partnership with Corpus Christi Run Club After Dark. The outreach allows Complete Care to build relationships with local residents while supporting an established weekly event that encourages healthy activity and community involvement.
