Complete Care Tyler Supports Community Wellness with Flu Vaccination Clinic at The Brook Hill School

BULLARD, TX — October 2026

Complete Care Tyler partnered with The Brook Hill School in Bullard, Texas, to provide flu vaccinations to 70 people during a campus clinic on October 14, 2026. Beginning at 1 p.m., the community outreach event served international exchange students and school staff, bringing preventive healthcare directly to the school community.

Cindy Myrick, Nurse Manager at Complete Care Tyler, and fellow nurse Isha Myrick administered the vaccines. Their participation helped make flu vaccination convenient and accessible for the students and staff taking part.

The Brook Hill School is a private Christian day and boarding school located south of Tyler. Its international boarding community brings together students from around the world. Providing healthcare resources on campus offers practical support for students living and learning away from home, along with the staff who support them.

Flu vaccination helps reduce the risk of influenza and its potentially serious complications. Although vaccination does not prevent every infection, it can also reduce the severity of illness in people who get sick. Hosting the clinic at school gave participants an opportunity to take this preventive step without arranging a separate trip for vaccination.

For George Reainthong, Director of Marketing and Growth for Complete Care, community involvement means identifying local needs and finding meaningful ways to help. Supporting school vaccination clinics puts that commitment into practice by connecting clinical resources with people in a familiar, accessible setting.

Giving back is an important part of building relationships with the communities Complete Care serves. When healthcare teams participate in school activities and wellness initiatives, they create opportunities to listen, understand local needs, and contribute beyond the emergency care setting. These connections help make outreach more responsive to the people it is intended to support.

The collaboration with The Brook Hill School reflects that approach. By working with a local school to make flu vaccination more accessible, Complete Care Tyler supported students and staff while strengthening a community relationship rooted in service.

As a community healthcare provider, Complete Care Tyler’s involvement extends beyond responding to emergency illnesses and injuries. Outreach efforts such as this clinic provide another way for the team to contribute its time and clinical experience to the well being of Bullard and the greater Tyler area.
